MS Research

The National MS Society invests nearly $50 million each year to support more than 440 new and ongoing MS research projects as part of its international effort to prevent, treat, and cure MS.  Significant advances have been made in both clinical and laboratory studies of MS. In addition, more than 130 clinical trials are underway around the world with over one dozen final-phase trials of new therapies including some taken by mouth.
