Packet Pick-Up for Bike MS
Before you hop on the saddle and start pedaling, you'll need to take care of a little business! Every cyclist will need to pick-up their rider packet, which includes their rider number, route maps, weekend schedule, meal/beer wristbands, and other goodies.
To pick up your packet, you must have:
- Your $300 fundraising minimum
All cyclists must turn in at least $300 in donations in order to pick up their packet and ride. This can be submitted in advance or at packet pick-up.
- Completed waiver
All cyclists must sign a waiver form prior to riding. You can download the waiver below and bring it with you when you pick up your packet.
- ADULT WAIVER
- YOUTH WAIVER - this waiver must be notarized. A notary will be at Bike MS on Saturday morning at check-in.
As a reminder, you may pick up a packet for a fellow cyclist if they have provided you with a completed and signed waiver and if they have met the $300 fundraising minimum.

I have my rider packet. Now what?
We're glad you asked!
If you have picked up your rider packet before June 7 and 8, you do not need to visit the check-in tent on the morning of Bike MS.
Once you have your rider packet, please complete the following steps:
- Double check that you have directions to the National Harbor and you know your start time. More information can be found on our Event Details page.
- Find your rider number (it's the big number with four holes, and says "Don't just ride, Bike MS" on the bottom) and complete the emergency information on the back. While we hope it never needs to be used, it provides immediate information to emergency personnel should they need it. Use an ink pen to complete.
- Attach your frame number (it's a single piece of durable paper that has two numbers on it) to your bike and your helmet number (the small adhesive number) to the front of your helmet.
- Before you start riding:
- Put your wristband on so you can eat, drink, and be merry all weekend long!
- Fill up your water bottle
- Make sure you have a picture ID and insurance card with you during the ride
- Put on sunscreen (and don't forget the back of your neck and the back of your calves - you'll thank us later for this reminder!)
- If you removed your front wheel from your bike to fit it in your car, please double check to be sure it is attached correctly - there will be mechanics if you need assistance near the start line
