We'll be celebrating 30 years of biking awesomeness and we want you there with us.

Bike MS: Ride the Riverside is a fun 2-day event starting and ending at National Harbor in Maryland. We'll ride Maryland's countryside with views of the Potomac River and Virginia and there will be a finish line party on the water.

Each cyclist pays a registration fee and commits to raising $300 to support the National MS Society, but don't worry, you won't do it alone! We'll be with you every step of the way.

Team week was a great success! We had 11 team captains register that week alone, bringing our grand total to 38 Bike MS team captains to date.

  • Anyone can do it: it offers flatter route options from 30 to 150 miles
  • It's a family event – more parking, fewer bugs, and way more fun things to do
  • It has a new name and location, but the same high standards you have come to expect over the last 30 years: same constant support, same top-quality event experience, and same mission to end MS forever..
