Congratulations on your fundraising! The pledge deadline was July 1 and your support is helping us move closer to a world free of MS. To date we have raised $750,000! Thank you! 

All fundraisers who are eligible for prizes (as of the July 1 deadline) should have already received an email with a link to our prize survey. In order to claim your prizes, or donate your prize back to the National MS Society and join the Mission First Club, you must complete and submit the online prize survey by July 26.

Are the donations still coming in? GREAT! While they will not count towards your official 2013 total, they are still needed and appreciated. Send in donations using this deposit ticket and we promise to put them to good use.
